Accepted Insurances

For insurance, I am currently able to accept:

  • Wellmark / Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Sanford

  • Avera

  • United

  • UMR

  • Medicaid

Some insurances may only require a copay, while others may not cover therapy until your deductible is met. I highly encourage all prospective clients to contact their insurance and inquire about their specific coverage regarding mental health services prior to beginning sessions, as coverage can vary from plan to plan.

Insurance rates: Each session that is submitted to insurance is charged at a rate of $260 per session. This is almost never what is charged to the insurance holder in situations that entail a deductible, but the rates vary based on the insured’s specific plan.

Self-Pay

Clients are also able to pay privately (without the use of insurance). Me self-pay rate is set at $150 per session.
